Good Day Jimmy,

The prices I am quoting you are generally for fully furnished units which are relatively good in the house condition. I have marketed a 5I unit at $2800 before therefore I believe that you could be looking in the range of $3.2k. As mentioned, it is very subjective to the conditions of unit.
