Good day all the expert out there, i have some doubt on CPF withdrawal ruling, hope to get a little advise from you all. I am SPR with CPF OA balance of $30K, can I fully withdraw OA balance to pay partial of my down payment? if yes, subsequently I request for monthly instalment by deducting from CPF account, possible? (assuming the OA balance is now zero but the CPF monthly contribution is still continue as I am still under employed).. TQ :)

Good evening Edmund, your CPF OA funds will be utilized to finance the 15% CPF downpayment. If got excess, will be used to finance buyer's stamp duty.
