For renting of rooms for resale flat, do I need to fulfil the MOP before I can rent out?

Hi,

You do not need to fulfill MOP if you are renting your rooms.

However, take note that you are supposed to be staying in the same flat to fulfill your MOP obligations.

Once you have fulfilled the MOP, you can sublet your entire HDB flat.
