For purchase of resales condo, pls advice for the 20% downpayment. Can it be paid via cpf .

Hi Ms Koh,

For resale condo, the 20% downpayment has to consist of min 5% cash and the rest can be paid using CPF.

Morning Ms. Koh,

The 20% downpayment have to be broken down into 5% cash and 15% CPF/Cash (if you have sufficient CPF to cover the 15%).

Ms Koh,

it will be 5% cash and 15% CPF (any shortfall in cash).
