For purchase of HDB resale flat, when must buyer pay the 1% commission to agent? What is the market practice on this? Is payment to be made at the 1st appt with HDB or upon completion of the sale to buyer ie 6-8 weeks later?

Afternoon,

My client normally pay the commission upon completion. As for my commission chargable, I do not charge on the market rate.

if you are comfortable pay on the 1st appt. otherwise, on the day of completion.
