For new launch properties, do I need to pay any agent commission to the developer's appointed agent who attend to me on a particular property? And if my agent works with the appointed developer's agent, do I still have pay my agent commission or he only gets the comm from the developer? And what is the commission percentage to be paid?

Hi SN

For new launch properties, you do not have to pay agent commission at all.

The developer will pay the agents involved in the transaction.
