For leased industrial property, can cost incurred (generator set and diesel used) in preventing damages and losses to goods during an electrical failure be claimed under "ALL RISK" insurance? For info, electrical failure cuts power (due to damaged component in electrical riser outside the premises) to factory leased and will cause freezer and chiller to stop functioning and will cost goods therein to be damaged if no continuation of power supply which the tenant did by engaging generator set for about 1 month. Cost incurred by tenant for the latter action in ensuring continuous power supply has been excluded from insurance claim . Insurance also pays for the reinstatement of the damaged component in the electrical riser and related cost to damaged and replacement parts caused by the electrical failure. Please advise. Thanks
