For first time buyers does additional 10% stamp duty applies besides 3% tax?

Hi Lavanya,
It will depend on your nationality.
If you are a foreigner, yes the 10% ABSD applied.
If you are a PR/SC, no, there is no ABSD.

I think my fellow agents have pretty summed up that ABSD of 10% is subjected to home purchase by foreigners. ABSD of 3% to Singapore citizens from 3rd property onwards while appiles to Permanent residents from 2nd property onwards.
