For Dual Key Units, may I know
1) If there are 2 separate tenants involved, would it be attractive enough for tenants to want to rent in it the market? (i.e.same mailbox, meter box, sharing part of balcony etc)

2) Also, how are the utility bills being split between the 2 tenants? What is the market practice?

Appreciate your professional insight. Thanks.

Good morning,

Existing market practise will be to share the overall utilities among the number of heads equally. Alternative solutions can be worked out but these issues is better to be reflected in the tenancy agreement.

Dual Key units are pretty new in the concept, therefore I would say as long as the unit size and location is correct, it should not deter any potential tenants.
