For Condo investments, prime districts will always be in demand due to its limited supply.

As for capital gains, the location and the price that the property was bought has a bigger factor. For example, projects new launches will usually see an increase in resale value when it is nearer to its TOP. However, if you bought a condo at the lowest point or during firesale, you will also enjoy a similar capital gain. Thats why some clients love to get from developer due to its competitive pricing.
