For Condo investments , which area will have the potential growth a few years time ? If so will it be the case that project will increase more than resale flat?

Hi,

For Condo investments, prime districts will always be in demand due to its limited supply.

As for capital gains, the location and the price that the property was bought has a bigger factor. For example, projects new launches will usually see an increase in resale value when it is nearer to its TOP. However, if you bought a condo at the lowest point or during firesale, you will also enjoy a similar capital gain. Thats why some clients love to get from developer due to its competitive pricing.
