For a cluster house going at 2.5M, should i get a pure landed freehold instead? I noted that the asking price for pure landed in this district has soften and if i stretch just a little more i can go for a FH semi D with at least 2000sqft land. What would be a wiser choice?

Hi Vax,

It depends on your needs, if you require the facilities and noting that there is a monthly maintenance charge then go for cluster housing. However, if you prefer to leave the house for several generations and a bigger arena, do consider the FH property instead.
