Firstly, is it possible for a condo MCST to be forced into bankruptcy due to a severe operating deficit caused by SP's being unwilling to vote to approve increases in fees or Special Levies.

Secondly, in a situation of a severe operating deficit is there a procedure under BASMA for the STB (or someone) to step in and force necessary increases in fees or use of a Special Levy.
