First time owner extremely distressed by condo management's rigid & flip flopping rules that seem to be made up on the fly.
(e.g. no. of days required for approvals for deliveries, method of application for approvals, types of forms and deposit amount required - especially non-refundable portions)
Is this the norm for new-build condos?
I am extremely burdened by unnecessary administrative work and immensely stressed out by the antagonising attitude of the staff. It almost feels like I'm punished for purchasing the property. Unfortunately, I am now a prisoner of my choice.
Where and how exactly can I seek help? Are there even avenues where I can seek help?
