final payment to purchase condo-seller lawyer request buyer to split 2 cashier order respectively to seller banker and agent.Buyer lawyer claimed that this is approved by Singapore law society.The seller have the right to request the buyer to settle the final payment according to their payment instruction. The question is that whether this is compulsory? do we have the option to pay to owner directly?
