Estimated real TOP would be on Y2018?

Good evening Seam,
Usually EC will TOP 3 to 6 months from expected TOP date which in this case, march 2019 but do take note that it will be best not to increase your expectation to 2018.
Care to share what are the specific ECs you are looking at? You wish to move in by which quarter of 2018?
I am bringing a buyers to Sol Acres this sunday. Shall I see you there as well?
