Eligibility to buy resale HDB

Hi, I'm interested in buying a resale HDB near my son's school. However, both my wife and my names are in the title deem of my parents' private property in order to service their housing loan.

Can we still buy the HDB unit without removing our name in the private property so as to maintain the loan?
