EC is a private condominium status however HDB rules apply to this hybrid development as it was subsidised by the government.

EC is considered private condominium category. You can only rent it out after staying for 5 years. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
