Earlier posted my studio@Ferraria Park of 700sq ft with PES. The unit is fully furnished and in very good condition. Only available from 16 January 2012. Willing to settle for monthly rental of $2650 and on a 2 yrs lease. Only super agents with ready and serious tenants need to reply.

Hi Exoti,

How can I contact you? I have been receiving calls from tenants to ask for 1 bedroom or studio units for rental, but most of them are looking to start in December. Perhaps with your unit available, I may explore options with these tenants to suit to your availability dates.
