Due to unforseen circumstances i might not be able to get the appropriate loan amount for my next flat. I want to ask if i can back out from selling my flat after signing the option form and accept the option fee of $1K from buyer. I was hoping to consider for few days before accepting this transaction but somehow i was pressurise by my exclusive agent saying i had gotten the best sale price for my home and not to lose the chance. Hope someone can advise and help me. Thank you.
