To green lovers, units facing greenery or near to greenery will have unique selling points which will motivate these buyers to purchase the unit. Nevertheless, buyers who don't like greeneries will complain that it creats mosquitoes and other insects breeding opportunities which is a negative point. How do you know when buyer comes for viewing if they are green lovers?
As far as selling a property is concern, each unit will have their unique selling point depending on the buyers' preference and it will be up to the skills of the salesperson to identify these preferences and highlight the features of your unit to these buyers to create better closing potential. As with all properties on sale, if the unit is priced out of range, even if the unit is perfect for the buyers, no offers will come in.
