Does the value appreaciate after the TOP?

Hi Oki,
Yes, definitely. Look at some of the just TOP projects, example The Parc. Now it is moving about $1000psf, few months before TOP you still can get it at $890psf, but no more now. Sellers usually priced their unit higher upon TOP.
My suggestion to most buyers are if you are really keen in one of the going to TOP projects, buy it before owners gotten the keys.
