Hi,

In most cases, car park lot are allocated for each unit in a condo development. In the event when there are extra lots, owners can sometimes bid to have extra lots. You can check with the owner the number of carpark lots allocated to your unit that you are buying. Most owners will not factor the number of car park lots with relation to their asking price, so it does not mean that more car park lots for that penthouse unit will mean more.
