Does the door number, house number or block number 4, 13, etc affects the price of the property?

I am not "pang tang" but I want to rationalize in considering the potential risk in property value or lack of buyers due to the unit number.

Hi Anthony,

If I am a buyer who is specifically out to kills the price of a property, there is a thousand and one reasons for me to negotiate the price downwards or saying bad things about your property in hope for you to sell at a lower price. Nevertheless, if all other conditions of the unit is perfect for the potential buyer, would you think the buyer will want to miss out the opportunity to purchase this perfect unit at the right price to choose the 2nd best option?

    Thank you Geryl.. Hahaa.. that is so true. Even I not "pang tang" I will pretend to be "pang tang" if I am buying a unit number 4.... good strategy~!
