Does it still make sense to get a condo unit if there are already 3 new projects within 500m of each other? If it still makes sense, what criteria for one which has a higher chance of reselling?

Hi,

If the location is good, sure why not? One example is the Tiong Bahru cluster of Central Green, Meraprime, Twin Regency. Demand for units are strong, and there are limited transactions in a year.

Otherwise, some factors to consider will be the non-western sun, higher floors and non-road facing, unit numbers etc. May I know which project you are considering so I can share with you the ideal stacks? Thanks.
