Does condo normally increase in prices after TOP. If yes what is the reason?

Dear sir/madam. The increase in price technically is more about the appreciation of the property over time. Especially so with the implementation of Seller's Stamp Duty, most purchasers of brand new projects will not be considering sale unless the selling price is extremely attractive. It will usually be asking for higher pricing upon TOP since by this time, unit is ready for occupation and the motivation to purchase for buyers looking for immediate move in or purchasing for rental investment will be ripe.
