In my opinion, every house can sell. It is only a matter of how we going to package it to sell. This also need the co-operation of owner as well. If the owner is looking at super high COV, then it is almost impossible in today's market situation.

I do not know did you engage an exclusive agent to market your unit, nor how is the condition of the unit, etc etc.
