At times like this, it'll be quite difficult to acquire one at $600k. Prices could easily go from $750k to $850k for one.
One way is to actually wait for the market boil down as it looks likely so but because City Square is one of the most sought after condos.
Prices wouldn't drop to about $600k or so for a studio.
You might want to revise your budget Ray
