Do you need to remove all furniture before sale of landed house?

Hi,
By right, unless the buyer agrees to takeover what you leave behind, you should handover a vacant property to the buyer. So, please do the needful.

Hi,
Typically for the sale all movable furniture need to be moved out of the property unless explicitly requested by the buyer not to do so. This is what is meant by sale with vacant possession. The fixtures such as kitchen cabinets and aircons need not be removed.
