Do not have any outstanding loan. What is the max that I can loan? Is it possible for me to pay the bank loan thru CPf? Looking for a condo near the children school.

Morning Tay,

Without any existing outstanding, the bank can grant you a max of 80% loan. You are allowed to use your CPF to repay for the monthly installment.
