Hi, I believe your question was answered in the past by competent agents. I hope you managed to sell your property smoothly then.

For other people who have the same question, let me answer your queries. Yes it is possible , to DIY without payment any commission to an agent. However there will be many limitations such as the reach of audience( not being able to post on propertyguru), limited knowledge of market performance, lesser negotiating factor with regards to transaction price. All in all, it is up to you which route makes you more comfortable and at ease with, after all an agent is there to provide you with advise and a much smoother journey in terms of property.
