Do i need to do any renovation if i were to purchase new EC ? is it move in condition?

Hi;

Nowadays the brand new EC requires minimum or no renovation at all !! Its move-in condition with the necessary fittings n furnishes provided ie built-in wardrobe / kitchen cabinet / air-con etc..I have a few brand new EC just launched in various part of Singapore.Kindly contact me for more info..Thanks

Hi, you still need to do some renovation but it be a minor cost. While it is a move in condition, you still need the electrician to fix your wiring and the new lightings purchase by you. Cheers!
