Dear Ms Shera,

By asking this question, I suppose you are unfamiliar with the regulations and procedures in the renting out of your apartment so why not leave this whole process in the good hands of a salesperson who does this for their living? I am pretty sure that the time spent in doing this on your own can be better spent with your family and friends.

2)viewing arrange
3)folow-up between tenant & landlord during the lease period

It is better to engage an agent to represent you as it would save you time and much trouble than you trying to find tenant all by yourself. Cheers!

A great agent would worry about rental at a fair price for you, from start to end of Tenancy.

If you have never employed a great agent, you should try it.
