if you have engaged the services of agent, you will need to pay the agent definitely. If you have not, then it is best to clarify with listing agent if the commission is applicable from you before you decide whether to view or not. If you refer back to the questions on this forum there are landlords out there who expects agents to collect commission from tenant despite allowing agent to list their properties. Read More
