Hi,

For agent commission it is payable only in cash, hence can't be deducted from CPF / CPF refund. If its a negative sale, you would have to come up with the cash to pay it.

Dear sir/madam,

As long as you have appointed an agent to conduct the sale of your HDB, regardless it is a negative or positive sale, the commission is applicable. Also, they are not deducted from CPF therefore you will be required to pay out from your own cash.
