Dear Sir,

We owned a private property at Bt. Batok, We intend to retire by this year. downgrade to HDB Flat, preferably 4 rooms (Jurong East). We are thinking looking into buying the flat by Single Schmeme ()son).

My 1st question is should when should we start sourcing for the HDB Flat (4 rooms) preferably Jurong East. (Tentetive date to move in: Before 16 Agust 2012.

2nd question: Can we join our son for the single scheme purchase?. If not, what's your advice. we agreed to buy the flat jointly. (CPF/Cash). Kindly assist amicably.
