Dear Sir/Mam,
I am going to find replace tenant for one unit. My contract will end on Sep 2018 but I faced a serious family problems. I want to break contract but owner told you should find replacement then you can break.
who to add ad on web site?
please help me.

Get the Landlord's agent to help you find the replacement tenant, it is much neater and easier to coordinate

You will need to pay standard agent fee to the "landlord's agent" since he is now doing work for you
