Dear Debasis,
We are estimating a selling price of $400k +/- which is inclusive of COV. There is no ethnic restriction for your block currently and I would estimate your COV to be in the range of $10k upwards depending on the conditions. Many buyers are unwilling to pay a premium over their purchase these days with the latest regulations to cool off the resale market therefore it will take extraordinary efforts to convince the buyers. You will need to look into the network of the salesperson you have engaged to determine the potential buyers this salesperson can bring you. Perhaps I can share the unfair advantage I can bring to you for this sale.
