Hi Mr Chin, if you do read the paper recently, you would have noticed that thousands of potential buyer flock to Northpark show flat even before the actual launch. And because of the location and premises, it does speak for itself. Just take a look at Centris Condo situated right beside Boon Lay mrt where you get good rental yield due to the location. And Northpark will be very similar to it in times to come.
