Pardon me for the bluntness in replying this post. If you do not intend to pay for the services, why do you want to engage the services of a salesperson? Hope it makes sense. Perhaps there are salesperson who do not charge tenants, but I must say, they may have already had earned enough and is purely looking at this income as a supplement therefore the urgency and motivation to assist the client may not be as high as those who are charging commission.
