Dear Ms/Mr.,I will go to pursue my phd degree in NUS this August. I want to rent a flat containing a room,a kitchen,a toilet and a little parlor, the total area is no need to be large, just like a little house. Actually, if it is possible, I want to live with my girlfriend in future. The flat is no need to be closed to NUS, a little far is ok. The important thing is I don't want to share the flat with others. So, I think the flat is perfect for me if it is small area and low price. Please give me some advice or some websites. Thanks.
