My take is Lakeshore is a better investment than sanctuary green. With the development of the jurong lake area in the coming 5 - 10 years, and Jurong going to be developed as the next CBD, the potential capital appreciation for lakeshore is tremendous.

Furthermore, with lakeside mrt just a road across, the rental yield will be good as with all condos near to MRT station.

Lakeshore is also close to Jurong west st 41 and 51 neighbourhood centre, with all the foodcourt, ntuc and amenities all stone throw away.

Location, amenities, potential wise, lakeshore has everything.
