Dear Gurus, we will move to our new EC after TOP in 2014/2015. Our son, an occupier together with us, will be 21-year-old in 2016. Question: Under HDB/EC's rule, Can our son buy a pte condo (under his name)? Thanks in advance/ Mdm Yong.
