Dear Gurus,
We have signed the tenancy agreement to rent the whole HDB flat. The agent is withholding the owner details from us with the reason that the owner is in overseas. The agent also said that any matters regarding the house should go through her as this is the arrangement made by the owner.
We are not comfortable with this. What if we cannot contact her when some issue arise pertaining to the rented property. And there is no clause in the tenancy agreement that state this arrangement.

Can she withhold owner contact details from us? Is there anywhere that we could obtain the owner details? Please advise. Thanks.
