Dear Guru's We already booked bto flats. So we cant buy Executive condo in market ,bcoz after key collection we can sell condo with in six months. My question is the time of BTO booked, my wife and kids are singaporean, iam a foreigner. so hdb not consider my nationality for Q action number.just one before i got PR. So we can buy condo for my name its possiable.? or my uncle, he is a foreigner, if he can buy condo what is produce and tax payable amount
