Dear gurus, to sublet a 'fully furnished' unit, what are the standard items to be included? Is a clothes dryer machine one of them? As for beds, do we wait until the tenants request what sizes of beds (King, queen, single) they require? How about the very basic items like utensils, clothes hangers etc

The term Fully Furnished is as follows:
Living room: Television,sofa set,coffe table.
Dining room: Dining table and chairs.
Master room: Queen bed with mattress, wardrobe.
Common room: Single bed with mattress, wardrobe.
Kitchen : washing machine, refrigerator.

The rest are not in the category of fully furnished. Only the basics are needed to fulfill the term full furnished. Heater, oven, microvave, aircon, fans, curtains, depends if the items are already there or not. If not, some tenants will request to have. Would be a great opportunity for me if we could meet up to discuss further.

Dear Home owner,

when renting out your unit, you don't have to be so strict and rigid on yourself to fulfill the "fully-furnished" term. To make life simple and flexible for yourself, rent out your unit as it is. Just wait for the offer from the tenants and their requests and you adjust accordingly. If the requests are too many or unreasonable, you can always wait for another offer to suit your expectations.

Alternatively, you can let me handle all the stress and headaches of renting out your unit. Do view my web at www.96952550.com and if you feel we can work together, I look forward to hearing from you :)

Thank you very much!

Best Regards
