Dear Gurus,
This is my first house and i've signed an exclusive with a property company to sell my 4rm flat that just met MOP and they assigned me an agent whom they claimed is their top agent within my area. However after 2mths of signing, i've zero viewer. I do received a straigthforward weekly update on grp whatsapp from their admin on the statistic of viewers on properguru, enquiries etc. I noticed that the interaction between the agent and me is very minimal to none after signing the exclusive. It made me feel the agent did not work hard to sell my hse. My house is at prime location and due to just MOP there are alot of sellers and i understand the market is very competitive. My question is, is what i am going through with the agent and have zero viewer within 2 months is normal based on my situation or simply my guts is true that there is no agressiveness in selling from the agent? What are your adviss gurus?
