Evening, If you are to purchase the private property with your spouse, you are required to remove your ownership status from the HDB unit. Your parents will then be required to repay you the amount of CPF and interest that you have utilized, be it with another mortgage loan or cash. As for your spouse-to-be, with her income, it will be challenging even to purchase one bedroom unit as I would deem that she have limited CPF fundings.
