Dear gurus, my wife and I wish to purchase a condo for investment but the problem is my wife is the 2nd owner of her hdb home in the west and I am the 3rd owner of a hdb home in the north. Both of us are still paying mortage for our home. We intend to sell the home in the west n get a cheaper plc to remove my wife name as the owner and get her cpf back as to my in laws r still staying in the west home. Kindly advice what is the best solution to get out of this and purchase a condo? Thanks!
