Dear gurus, I'm looking for a home, either a 3 or 4-rm, preferably in the east or north. I have 130k in CPF & only 30 - 35k cash. I'm single/m, 39yo earning $4500/ mth. Shd I hold on & wait for the housing mkt to stabilse b4 buying? Tks.
