Dear Gurus,
I'm a SPR, thinking of buying a resale condo in the north, which is almost 20 years old. I understand that I will incur SSD, if I sale it before 5 years.
What happens if the condo goes for en bloc with in 5 years? Do I still have to pay SSD?
